Read-only MCP connector

Greenhouse Quote X-Ray, inside your AI assistant

The kit price is not the project price. This connector checks whether a written quote clearly covers the base, anchoring, delivery, ventilation, utilities, permits, warranty, and the rest of the finished project.

Server URL

https://greenhouses.guide/mcp

Add this as a remote Streamable HTTP MCP server in a compatible client. No Greenhouse Guide account, API key, or authentication is required. The connection is ready when you can see analyze_greenhouse_quote.

One tool, one job

analyze_greenhouse_quote accepts up to 50,000 characters of written quote scope. It returns a status for eleven project lines, flags allowance and exclusion wording, and gives you the exact questions to ask before you compare totals or pay a deposit.

It does not estimate a price, decide whether a seller is trustworthy, or claim a missing line was deliberately excluded. It tells you what the supplied wording does and does not state clearly.

The privacy boundary

The remote connector sends the text you provide to Greenhouse Guide for transient processing. The application does not persist the quote, write quote analytics, send email, create a lead, or contact a seller. Results never repeat the submitted quote text. A request count, bucket timestamp, and process-local keyed network fingerprint are kept in bounded process memory for abuse protection. Expired entries are removed on a later request or when the process restarts. They contain no quote text or raw IP address.

Remove names, email addresses, phone numbers, the job address, payment details, and unrelated confidential material before calling the tool. Normal hosting and security infrastructure still processes request metadata such as an IP address. Your AI assistant or MCP client may also retain the text under its own terms. Use the browser tool below if the text must stay local.

Remote connector or browser tool?

Use this connector when you want an AI assistant to run the check inside its own conversation. Use the browser Quote X-Ray when you want the text to stay entirely inside that browser tab. Both use the same deterministic scope rules. The browser version sends no quote text to our server.
